I just wanted to add that, since this book was published, we have engaged in research with the Diabetes Research Institute in Miami. Our results indicate that this style of eating controls hyperglycemia in as little as 8 weeks. Moreover, we have case studies showing decreases in A1C from 14 to 10 to 8 to under 6.
