One of the biggest changes in diabetes is the food as you control both serving as a subject eat sometimes difficult for those who really like food. But nothing you can not achieve.

* A small tortilla should be the size of a CD
* A serving of rice, pasta or vegetable is equal to the size of your fist
* One serving of fruit is an orange or an apple-sized One ounce of avocado should be the size of a pencil again
* One serving of milk is one cup of skim milk or a cup of nonfat yogurt or unsweetened
* A serving of cheese equals one slice or a piece the size of a given

The ideal small portion is used when it comes out, since you can not control the exact portions, always asks the smaller portions of everything, including drinks or share with someone. If you’re at a family reunion and do not put up with the desire to repeat, choose a small plate, this will help you control the amounts and give you the feeling you’ve eaten enough.
