Diet menu

Dieting is complicated not only by having to do without certain foods that whistle, or get used to eating less than we could, but above all because it is boring: chicken breast salad, grilled fish with potatoes cooked and little else.

For us to be steadfast in achieving our fundamental goals is the sense of variety that each day we eat something healthy, yes, but rich and different from what it yesterday and tomorrow. Furthermore, we eat with their eyes, it is best to use small plates (not to get carried away by the enthusiasm) and prepare dishes full of color.

Ready? I propose a weekly menu with which to lose weight without getting bored!

* Dinner
Hake fillet with grilled vegetables + 1 pear

Tuesday

+ 1 smoothie sandwinch unroasted wheat bread with cheese
* Food
+ Milanese pasta salad with soy cheese + 1 tangerine
* Dinner
Green beans cooked with potatoes and egg + 1 kiwi

Wednesday
* Breakfast
Grapefruit juice + 30 g skimmed milk Cereal
* Food
Melon with ham & steak grilled salmon with a tomato + yogurt
* Dinner
Avocado salad and grilled shrimp + + grapes

Thursday
* Breakfast
Strawberry yogurt + 3 graham crackers with cream cheese
* Food
Catalan Spinach (with raisins and pine nuts) + steak grilled cuttlefish + + pineapple potato gratin
* Dinner
Scrambled eggs with zucchini + toast with a white quesito skim + 1 infusion

Friday
* Breakfast
Drinkable yogurt crackers + 2 + 2 slices pineapple
* Food
+ 1 leek cream baked chicken breaded with rice + salad
* Dinner
Lettuce, tomato and mozzarella + 1 handful of nuts

Saturday
* Breakfast
Orange juice + 2 +1 infusion grain toast with turkey
* Food
Gazpacho + + cod with chickpeas baked apple
* Dinner
Spaghetti with clams + 1 kiwi

Sunday
* Breakfast
1 banana + skim milk with 30 grams of cereal
* Food
+ Vegetable broth stew with potatoes + cheese with quince
* Dinner
Ensalasa lettuce, tomato, carrot, cheese, tuna and egg + 1 orange
